A report showed that the unified Gulf tourist visa will contribute to achieving a major boom in tourism revenues in the GCC countries, as it will allow easy travel for tens of millions of residents and visitors, similar to the “Schengen” visa that links the European Union countries to each other.

The tourism system in all Gulf countries is awaiting the entry into force of the new visa, as the benefits of the Gulf visa will not be limited to tourism, but will include all development and economic sectors, as it will allow easy movement of investors between the cooperation countries, which will create great opportunities for the expansion of intra-Gulf investments, and provides opportunities New work. The visa will also play a pivotal role in stimulating the results of airlines, travel offices, airports and ports in the Gulf countries.
